Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee and ensure the efficient and effective execution of daily HR operations, while continuously developing and improving HR processes and procedures in alignment with the company’s strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and coordinate daily HR operational activities to ensure they run according to approved plans.

  2. Manage payroll processing and other HR operational tasks.

  3. Maintain and regularly update employee personnel files.

  4. Supervise the attendance and fingerprint systems, and review related reports.

  5. Prepare and verify employee final settlements in accordance with labor laws and company policies.

  6. Manage and review employment contracts.

  7. Handle transactions and communications with government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Chamber of Commerce.

  8. Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.

  9. Coordinate and manage job postings, screening, and issuing employment offers.

  10. Manage the HR management system and provide user training for employees.

  11. Conduct disciplinary investigations, prepare related reports, and apply penalties according to policies.

  12. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure process integration and achievement of shared goals.

  13. Follow up on daily operational challenges and provide timely and appropriate solutions

Skills Description

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or related areas.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations concepts and Saudi Labor Law.

  • Systems: Proficiency in using Jisr HR system and other HR digital platforms.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
