Job responsibilities :
وضع وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية: صياغة وتنفيذ خطة استراتيجية للنمو المستدام في المجال الزراعي، بما يشمل الإنتاج، التوزيع، والتسويق.
الإشراف على العمليات الزراعية: إدارة العمليات اليومية المتعلقة بالزراعة والإنتاج النباتي أو الحيواني أو المختلط، وضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة والجودة.
الرقابة المالية: إدارة الميزانية العامة ومراقبة الأداء المالي، وضمان استخدام الموارد بفعالية، وتقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة لمجلس الإدارة.
تحسين الإنتاج والتقنيات: متابعة أحدث الابتكارات في التقنيات الزراعية (مثل الزراعة الذكية، أنظمة الري، الأسمدة الحيوية) وتطبيقها لتحسين الإنتاجية.
بناء الشراكات: تطوير العلاقات مع المزارعين، الموردين، الموزعين، الجهات الحكومية، والمؤسسات البحثية الزراعية.
التخطيط للتوسع والنمو: استكشاف فرص جديدة للاستثمار الزراعي، سواء في المنتجات أو الأسواق، محليًا ودوليًا.
إدارة فرق العمل: الإشراف على فرق العمل الزراعية والإدارية، وتطوير قدراتهم، وخلق بيئة عمل قائمة على الكفاءة والمسؤولية.
ضمان الامتثال: التأكد من التزام الشركة بالقوانين الزراعية والبيئية والصحية، وتطبيق معايير الاستدامة.
التعامل مع المخاطر: تحليل المخاطر الزراعية (مثل التغير المناخي، الآفات، تقلبات السوق)، ووضع استراتيجيات للحد من آثارها
